All of us have multiple important roles in our lives. As for me, I am a mother of 2 kids, a wife, a pharmacist, a former patient solutions manager, and now a clinical hypnotherapist.
Your success will be my fuel to become a better me myself.
What is Hypnotherapy?
First things first, you can be assured that hypnosis is completely safe. You are awake, you are usually aware of what is going on around you, and you will be in control throughout the session.
Hypnotherapy uses the technique of hypnosis to connect with your inner self and encourage your unconscious mind to find solutions to your problems. Very simply put, hypnotherapy is a science-based therapeutic approach that teaches people how to control and train their own minds and bodies more effectively. With hypnotherapy, you can achieve the lasting change you want to make in an easier, speedier, more natural, and more comfortable way.
How Effective is Hypnotherapy?
According to a study published in Psychotherapy, researchers found that hypnotherapy outperformed both psychoanalysis and behavior therapy in terms of number of sessions required to achieve a specific result:

72%
38%
