Webinar for IOI Properties Group: Mastering the Art of Sleep

I am deeply honoured to have been invited once again to speak for IOI Properties Group Berhad in this morning’s webinar. This time, the focus was on “Mastering the Art of Sleep for Enhanced Productivity and Wellbeing”.

In the webinar, I delved into the importance and the key functions of the two main sleep stages – NREM sleep and REM sleep. My thought was that educating my audience about the various sleep stages would help them view sleep differently and be more inclined to adhere to a healthy sleep routine.

I understand that in today’s fast-paced society, it appears luxurious to get 7 or even 8 hours of sleep each night. Given the importance of sleep in our lives and how sleep affects our mental health, I believe it should be treated seriously. I honestly believe that people can make changes to their lifestyle and environment to get the most out of their sleep.

I extend my sincere gratitude to IOI Properties Group Berhad for the opportunity to speak once again. My hope is that the 150+ employees who participated in this morning’s webinar will find the insights shared beneficial. My intention is to not only contribute through therapy but also to curate and disseminate valuable information, transforming lives through knowledge-sharing.
