How I Realized I Needed Help?
How Hypnotherapy Helped Me Through Anxiety & Insomnia
Starting a new job is nerve-wracking in itself, it was also a new job scope and industry for me which was a challenge I wasn’t sure I was prepared for. Soon enough, it was certain that the job was severely taxing my mental health to the point of job burnout. On top of that, I experienced a miscarriage as well.
I eventually had trouble sleeping which became more unsettling as time went on. Even after weeks of trying out different methods to overcome my insomnia, nothing worked. It wrecked my brain and it didn’t help my anxiety either.
This bothered me so much that I quit my job only after 8 months of employment. Financial stability was the least of my worries as my severe anxiety and crying-to-sleep insomnia drowned me until I couldn’t function properly in life.
It was then I realized in 2013, I should try hypnotherapy.
My First Encounter
In my first hypnotherapy lesson, I learned how to relax my mind and body more quickly and easily than I could do with my conscious will. Even after the first session, I felt liberated and I knew this was exactly what I needed.
My anxiety gradually disappeared and my sleeping habits improved drastically. Now, whenever I experience stressful situations or sleeping difficulties, hypnotherapy has made it a breeze to overcome.
Discovering My Life Purpose
“I believe to achieve full contentment in life, one should always find ways to contribute to the well-being of others.”
– that is my ultimate life purpose.
I have had my fair share of struggles career-wise. Beyond the workplace challenges, I have gone through 2 job losses one after the other. It was devastating, to say the least. My second job loss was rock bottom for me.
Hypnotherapy saved me at my worst. Indeed, my failures were the catalyst for me to find a larger purpose in life.
