A Laughter-Filled Afternoon at Workday
My recent visit to Workday was a truly unforgettable experience. As soon as I stepped into their aesthetically pleasing and elegant office, I knew I was in for a great day. The employees’ warmth and enthusiasm immediately put me at ease.
I was honored to lead a laughter yoga workshop for the Workday team. Their curiosity and spontaneity made the session a blast for everyone involved. We covered the basics of laughter yoga, including yoga breathing and laughter exercises. The Bollywood laughter dance was a particular hit!
After an hour of laughter, we added a half-hour bonus session to explore individual self-care. Participants learned about personalized self-care planning and engaged in a guided visualization to help them integrate their plans into their daily lives.
The workshop concluded with a Q&A session and a reflection on what participants had learned. Based on their feedback, it was clear that the workshop had been a positive and valuable experience.
